Check Citrix Receiver/Workspace Version 

From the local computer (outside of the Citrix desktop)

At the bottom, right corner of your screen, left-click on the tiny arrow icon.

Hover your mouse over the black circle icon and right-click. Workspace icon will be a blue circle.

Right-click on ‘Advanced Preferences’.  A new window with Version information will open that will provide the version of Receiver you are currently using.
