Reset Citrix Receiver

From the local computer (outside of Citrix desktop)

 

At the bottom, right corner of your screen, left-click on the up arrow icon.

 

Hover your mouse over black/blue circle icon and right-click

 

Click on ‘Advanced Preferences.’  A new window will open.

Click on ‘Reset Receiver’
