How to Properly Log Off of IOD

Steps to Properly Log Off of IOD:

 

Not correctly logging off of IOD can cause issues inside the desktop and Greenway Intergy application.

Please follow these steps to Log Off of IOD when you are done: 

Your IOD desktop will look like this. You may have to close the Greenway Intergy application to see this desktop again.

 

Locate the Red Power button shortcut labeled as LogOff:

 

Double click on the shortcut and follow the prompts to log off. Your IOD session will close automatically when your user

is fully logged off. 

DO NOT use this blue bar at the top of the screen to close IOD as this action will not correctly log off your user account and you may experience difficulties.
