Support from Virsage: View and Update Tickets


Log in at  (You will need to be registered with a user name and password for this site. Click on ‘Register’ if you need to create an account.)


To see your current tickets, or to make notes/updates on current tickets, click on “My Tickets”


You will see your currently open support tickets listed by subject line.


Click on the subject line to see the details of the ticket.


If you would like to add additional information or a comment on a ticket, click on “Add Reply” then click “Send”


If you would like to see details of a closed ticket or to re-open a closed ticket, click back to “My tickets” and you will see a button for “View Resolved Tickets” that in the upper right. 


Add Satisfaction scores to your tickets by clicking on the ticket then clicking on the stars to indicate the ratings you would give to this ticket and the support you have received.
