Support from Virsage: Register Online


To use Virsage’s online ticketing system, register at

Go to the website:

Click ‘Register’

Fill in the form with your information and your work email.  Enter the CAPTCHA provided then click ‘Register’

You will receive a confirmation message indicating that you need to check your email for a link to confirm your registration.

Please go check your email.  You should have an email from Virsage Solutions titled “Verify your Virsage Solutions helpdesk registration”


Click on the link provided in the email.

You will be taken to a screen confirming that you have been successfully enrolled.

Log in on the upper-left with your new account credentials.


The first time you log in you will be asked to add some additional contact information.  Please fill this out so that we have all of the appropriate contact information to reach you.   Click ‘Update’ when you are finished.
