Email Setup for MAC- Outlook 

Microsoft Outlook is installed and pre-configured for you inside of the Citrix desktop environment.  Occasionally it is convenient to have your local installation of Microsoft Outlook configured for your email account. If you have a need to work offline (without an Internet connection) while traveling, this can be ideal. Simply open Outlook before you leave your Internet access behind and let it synchronize all of your emails.

Inside of Outlook click on Tools from the drop-down menu and select Accounts

Click on the + Plus sign to add a new account, select Exchange or Office 365

Enter your account information. Use your primary email address for both E-mail address and User name

Once finished, click Add Account your email will start to download.
