Creating an Outlook Inbox Rule for Junk Email

  1. From your inbox, right-click the email you want blocked
  2. Click on “Rules” then “Create Rule”                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
  3. Click the box for “From …..the sender you want to block
  4. Then click “Move the Item to Folder” and Select your                                                                                                                                                                                                          
  5. Find your ‘Junk Email’ Folder (Or another folder if you want to create a special folder for these messages)  Then click “Ok”                                                                                                        
  6. Now those messages will stop coming in to your Inbox
