Citrix Desktop Client Setup for Apple iPhone & iPad

By configuring the Citrix desktop Client on your iOS device you can access your Citrix desktop desktop on your Apple iPhone or iPad.

Start by going to the App Store

Search for the word "Citrix" in the search bar. You will see Citrix Receiver as an app available for your device. Select Citrix Receiver. 

Then tap on the picture of the cloud with an arrow to install the App on your device.

Type your Apple ID / iTunes password to allow the application to install.

Once the app has completed the download, tap on Open.

Then tap on Add Account.

      

 

Enter your account Information:
You will be using the same web address that you login to from your desktop.

  • If you use the web address: mobile.virsageworkplace.com enter that and tap Next.
  • Enter the same username and password with which you login to the Citrix Desktop.
  • For the domain field, enter VIRSAGETS

Alternatively:

  • If you use the web address: mobile3.virsageworkplace.com enter that and tap Next.
  • Enter the same username and password with which you login to the Citrix Desktop.
  • For the domain field, enter WORKPLACE


Tap Add.

Tap Save.

 

You will see an icon for "Company WorkPlace", (where it says WP-Administrators in the example) press the plus(+) button next to it to add this as a favorite.

To login, click on Favorites and then tap on "Company WorkPlace"

You may have to enter your Citrix Desktop password. Now you are logged into your Citrix Desktop on your iPhone or iPad.
