Remove 'Launch ica. file" Pop-Up

Remove the Launch.ica prompt in Internet Explorer

If you are seeing the pop up message below, here is how to fix it.

Open your Internet Explorer browser (on the local computer, outside of the Citrix desktop).

Click on the gear icon on the top right corner.

Navigate to Internet Options.

Click on the Security Tab.

Click on Trusted Sites, and then the Sites button below it.

    

Where it says “Add this website to the zone”, type in:

            https://*.virsageworkplace.com

Next, click Close, then OK to navigate out of Internet Options.

 

Restart Internet Explorer. You should no longer see the launch.ica prompt when you launch the Citrix desktop

 

The Citrix desktop should start automatically when clicking the workplace launcher icon.
