To configure the built-in email client on your Android or Droid device to send and receive your Citrix desktop email start by going to your Settings app.
Select the Accounts option (Androids are all a little different but these screen shots should help)
Select Add Account or the “+” sign. The type of account may appear differently on some models. Select one of these three as the type: Exchange, Corporate, or Active Sync.
Enter your email address email@example.com and password. For most users, your email settings will auto configure. If your settings do not auto-configure, click next and you will need to manually enter some additional settings.
Server address: outlook.office365.com
Some devices will have a setting for security type, this should be set to SSL\TLS (Accept all Certificates)
Click on Next
Your device will configure your account and you can now select what items you want to synchronize
You may be prompted what to name your account, you can accept the defaults or put in your company name, email, etc. It’s your choice.
Your email account should begin populating in just a few minutes.
